CVC has recently released a beautiful series of paddles in their new "Semaphore Series". Based in Toronto, CVC produces these Ontario made basswood paddles and then paints them with the semaphore navigational signalling system. These are wickedly bold and colourful. I would be weary to actually paddle them with their price tags of $185. But they look great in a living room. I know!?!, but what good is a paddle against a wall? While on their site, also check out there "Feathers Series", cherry paddles inspired by birds of prey. Again really nice but with a even heftier Price of $285.
